Profit Yacht | Broker Calendar
Brokers don’t want to search. They want to ask. That’s why Profit Yacht combines your fleet and availability calendar with an AI Agent connected directly to your data. Now Brokers, Agencies & Concierges can get an instant answer 24/7, without waiting for your team.
Imagine having a sales representative available 24/7?
This is the philosophy we wanted to bring to The Broker Calendar by Profit Yacht: moving away from endless WhatsApp requests and giving Charters a tool that allows Brokers, Concierges, Agencies and any industry professional to directly access and interact with fleet availability.
To make this possible, we have integrated AI Agents connected to the Charter’s data. Through an MCP Server connected to OpenAI, Profit Yacht brings the power of ChatGPT directly into the sales process, allowing users to ask questions in natural language about catamaran availability, yacht information, activities, included services and much more.
But we didn’t want to replace the traditional availability calendar.
Instead, The Broker Calendar combines both worlds: an intuitive visual overview of the entire fleet’s availability and an AI Agent that users can interact with to find the information and option they need. And, just like Airbnb, users can book a reservation directly or request a quote, allowing the Charter’s sales team to receive the lead and continue the sales process.
The Future of Booking is conversational.
Click&Boat, Boatsetter, 12Knots, FareHarbor… these platforms have developed highly sophisticated booking systems and have shaped a decade of growth in the industry.
But if you travelled around the world this summer, in 2026, you may have noticed a new behaviour emerging: people are increasingly using ChatGPT to discover destinations, activities and experiences. And this is beginning to change the way we book.
After more than three years of using AI, it is becoming increasingly clear that GPTs could become one of the major booking engines of the next decade. Just as people are increasingly turning to ChatGPT instead of Google when they want an answer rather than a list of links, future Charter customers may prefer asking a question and receiving a complete, personalised answer instead of browsing booking portals with long descriptions, lengthy booking processes and dozens of similar yachts and activities.
Imagine asking:“I’m looking for a 50-foot catamaran in Mallorca for 8 people next July. What do you have available, what’s included and which itinerary would you recommend?” And getting the answer immediately — including availability, yacht specifications, activities, itineraries, prices and, ultimately, the option to book.
This is where the booking experience is heading: from searching and browsing to asking and conversing. And that is the direction Profit Yacht is building towards: making a Charter’s availability, promotions, yacht information, itineraries and experiences accessible through AI, while allowing customers to resolve their questions and move directly towards a reservation.
The future of booking may look less like a booking portal and more like our Profit Yacht AI Agent conversation.
